About China Sports Marketing Summit 2010

  NetEase will host China Sports Marketing Summit 2010 & The 1st Awards Ceremony for Online Sports Marketing of China in Guangzhou on July 22, 2010. It will be the most eye-catching event to select the best sports marketing cases in China this year. Senior officials of the General Administration of Sport of China and Guangzhou Asian Games Organising Committee, executives of enterprises undertaking top international sporting events and first-class sports marketing enterprises and professionals with sports marketing expertise will gather in Guangzhou to focus on sports marketing industry in China.
  Last year, NetEase hosted China Sports Marketing Summit 2009 in Guangzhou. It was the highest-profile sports marketing summit after the 2008 Olympic Games and before the 2010 Asian Games in China. Over 200 Chinese and overseas media covered the summit, which was attended by more than 600 elites from various social sectors such as politics, business and media.
  2010 is a year of sport, witnessing four major international sporting events: the Vancouver Winter Olympics, FIFA World Cup in South Africa, 1st Youth Olympic Games in Singapore and Guangzhou Asian Games. NetEase, as a leading Internet company and Partner of the 16th Asian Games in Guangzhou, will organise the 1st Awards Ceremony for Online Sports Marketing of China on the basis of the summit. An expert appraisal panel and 400,000,000 Chinese netizens will work together to select the most impressive brands, enterprises and professionals, promoting the development of the sports marketing industry. It is anticipated that more than 300 Chinese and overseas media will cover the event, bringing new vitality into the sports marketing industry in China.
